Compact tool designed to loosen stubborn meter pit lids.  Pentagon socket is available in two sizes to allow safe locking and unlocking of meter pits.  Safe feature allows the meter pit to be opened while keeping hands away from sharp edges. Unique pry bar handle allows any meter pit to be opened with minimal effort.
